I love this time of year! Turning out all the lights so only the lights of the Christmas tree light up the room, decorating for Christmas, taking my 3 year old son to look at Christmas lights EVERY chance we get, and watching Christmas cartoons with him the whole month of December. Last year was a magical Christmas. I'm looking forward to another one this year.
Colin and I went out last Saturday to look at lights for the first time this season. We enjoyed it but, I was disappointed that more people hadn't put theirs up yet. Last weekend should have been the official weekend to decorate for Christmas if you hadn't already done so! My neighbors get so into Christmas that tour buses have stopped by their house. No kidding. I live in the back of a subdivision on a dead end street so imagine my surprise one year when I looked outside to see 2 tour buses outside my house.
